Living Room at Casa de las Flores
The beautiful Casa de las Flores condos and villa compound is located on a bluff overlooking the blue chairs on Los Muertos Beach and miles and miles of Banderas Bay. We’re on the border of Puerto Vallarta’s historic Romantic Zone (restaurants and night life) and the more quiet residential neighborhood of Conchas Chinas on the famous cobblestoned Calle Santa Barbara (Vallarta’s million dollar mile). We’re just a few steps down to the beach and guests sleep to the sound of waves.
The compound has a 3 bedroom villa, two 2 bedroom condo’s, a one bedroom apartment, and an additional master bedroom that connects to the villa or the apartment. All bedrooms are master suites with king size beds except the apartment which has a queen size bed. Guests rent 1-8 bedrooms and each unit has a kitchen, living/dining rooms and balconies/patios with views.
Guests say they love the vibrant colors throughout, the artwork of the on-site gallery, the views, the open-air Vallarta-style design of the home, and being able to walk to everything. Some come to Casa de las Flores as part of work or personal retreats through The Vallarta Institute (which may be tax deductible).
The entire property was remodeled in 2008 with new bathrooms (marble or hand-painted talavera tiles), new kitchens, new tile floors, new iron/glass balcony doors, new plumbing and electric, and many other modern conveniences.
